Please review the following important information before completing your purchase.

PRICES, CURRENCY & GST

Frozen Couture's base currency is Australian Dollars (AUD).

Our website allows you to view prices in a range of currencies using the currency selector; however, displayed currency conversions are provided as a guide and orders are ultimately processed in Australian Dollars.

For customers purchasing within Australia, 10% GST is already included in the website price displayed to you.

Full payment is required at checkout for standard website orders.

STOCK & BACK ORDERS

Frozen Couture carries stock across many of our core products and popular sizes.

If your selected item or size is not currently in stock, it may be available on back order. Most back-ordered items can be produced within approximately one week.

Occasionally, production may take longer if we are awaiting fabric or materials from one of our suppliers. If we expect a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Printed garments are held in limited quantities in our most popular sizes. If your selected printed item is not currently available, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for it to be made before dispatch.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact Frozen Couture as soon as possible.

In-stock orders may be processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has entered the packing or dispatch process.

Back-order and printed items cannot be changed or cancelled once production has commenced.

Custom and bespoke orders are subject to the separate conditions outlined in our full Terms & Conditions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All website orders are dispatched from Australia using Australia Post.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Frozen Couture sends parcels with signature on delivery wherever this service is available.

If you prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, you may request Authority to Leave in the comments box during checkout. By requesting Authority to Leave, you accept the additional risk associated with having your parcel left unattended.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect or another circumstance within the customer's control, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the parcel again.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by their destination country.

These charges are separate from the amount paid to Frozen Couture and are outside our control.
