WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Frozen Couture
Effective September 2026
These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to all approved Frozen Couture wholesale customers. By accessing a wholesale account or placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms.
1. WHOLESALE ACCOUNT APPROVAL & ACCESS
Wholesale access is available only to approved retail businesses and is granted at the discretion of Frozen Couture.
Approved wholesale customers must log into their registered account to access the private wholesale area of the Frozen Couture website. Wholesale login details and access must not be shared with another business or individual.
Wholesale pricing is provided solely for the approved business and may not be used to purchase products on behalf of another retailer or third party.
Frozen Couture reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close a wholesale account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, wholesale access has been misused, account details have been shared, or the business is no longer operating as an appropriate Frozen Couture stockist.
Wholesale accounts and eligibility may be reviewed from time to time.
2. WHOLESALE ORDER QUANTITIES
Frozen Couture wholesale garments are sold in predetermined pack quantities according to size.
Popular sizes: minimum 4 garments of the same style and size.
Selected very small and larger sizes: minimum 2 garments of the same style and size.
Pack quantities cannot be split or combined across different sizes to meet the required wholesale quantity.
Individual garments are not available at wholesale pricing. Customers wishing to purchase a single garment may do so through the general Frozen Couture online store at the applicable retail price.
3. PAYMENT
Wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly approved by Frozen Couture.
Afterpay, Clearpay and other Buy Now Pay Later services cannot be used for wholesale purchases.
Discount codes, promotional coupons, sale codes and other retail offers cannot be applied to wholesale orders.
Wholesale pricing is already provided at a reduced trade rate and cannot be combined with any additional discount or promotion.
If an ineligible payment method or discount is applied to a wholesale order, Frozen Couture reserves the right to cancel the order and request that it be placed again under the correct wholesale payment terms.
4. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES
Frozen Couture wholesale orders are generally manufactured specifically to fulfil each wholesale order. Although some garments may be in stock at the time of ordering, wholesale orders will not ordinarily be fulfilled from stock reserved for our retail customers.
Frozen Couture garments are manufactured in production quantities of four.
Printed and sublimated garments require a minimum production time of 10 working days.
Production times for other garments may vary depending on order size, fabric availability and current production schedules.
Production generally begins within 24 hours of an order being placed and payment being received.
Any production, completion or dispatch timeframe provided by Frozen Couture is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
5. STOCK AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS
Frozen Couture maintains stock of our core fabrics wherever possible, with replacement supplies regularly ordered to support ongoing production.
Where there is insufficient fabric or stock available to manufacture an item within our normal production timeframe, the item may be displayed as Out of Stock.
Approved wholesale customers may still be able to order an out-of-stock item where backordering is available. By placing a backorder, the customer acknowledges that a longer production time will apply and agrees to wait for the required stock or fabric to become available.
Where an extended delay is expected, Frozen Couture will provide an estimated timeframe where possible.
6. ORDER ACCURACY, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Wholesale customers are responsible for checking all styles, sizes, colours, quantities and delivery details before submitting an order.
As production generally commences within 24 hours, wholesale orders cannot be cancelled, reduced or refunded due to change of mind once submitted and paid.
If an error is discovered after ordering, please contact Frozen Couture immediately. Where production has not commenced, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a requested change; however, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Additional products may be added to an existing order where production and dispatch timing allows. Additional products must meet the applicable wholesale pack quantities and be paid for in full.
Any ordering or supply error made by Frozen Couture will be corrected at our cost.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Frozen Couture wholesale orders are shipped using Australia Post.
Shipping charges are additional to the wholesale order and are the responsibility of the wholesale customer. Shipping is calculated according to the size, weight and destination of the order.
If the website checkout calculates a shipping charge higher than the actual Australia Post shipping cost, Frozen Couture will refund the difference once the order has been packed and the final shipping cost is known.
Wholesale orders will be dispatched once production is complete and payment has been received in full.
Delivery times provided by Australia Post are estimates and are outside Frozen Couture's control once an order has been dispatched.
8. WHOLESALE PRICING, GST, TARIFFS & IMPORT CHARGES
All Frozen Couture wholesale prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices displayed to Australian wholesale customers are inclusive of GST. GST will not be added to the displayed price at checkout.
For international wholesale customers, Australian GST will be removed where applicable once an international delivery address is entered.
For wholesale orders shipped to the United States, the applicable 10% US tariff is included in the purchase price and will not be charged separately to the wholesale customer.
For other international destinations, wholesale customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, local taxes or government fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated by Frozen Couture.
Wholesale prices and Recommended Retail Prices may be updated from time to time. The prices displayed at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
9. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
Wholesale customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
Any faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported to Frozen Couture within 5 business days of delivery, including photographs and details of the issue where applicable.
Where a garment has a manufacturing fault, Frozen Couture will arrange for the garment to be repaired or replaced at our cost, depending on the nature of the fault.
If Frozen Couture has supplied an incorrect item, size or colour, we will arrange to correct the order at our cost.
Where a fault is minor and can reasonably be repaired, Frozen Couture reserves the right to repair the garment rather than replace it.
Wholesale orders are manufactured specifically for the stockist and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect ordering, change of mind, unsold stock or the stockist's customer preferences.
Frozen Couture is not responsible for damage caused after delivery through misuse, incorrect care, normal wear and tear, alterations, or damage caused by the stockist or their customer.
Goods must not be returned to Frozen Couture without prior approval.
10. RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICING
Frozen Couture provides a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for wholesale products.
Stockists are strongly encouraged to sell Frozen Couture products at the current RRP to maintain consistent brand positioning and pricing across our retail network.
Current RRPs may be updated from time to time. It is the stockist's responsibility to ensure they are referring to the current RRP when pricing Frozen Couture products.
Any promotions or discounts offered independently by a stockist are the responsibility of that stockist.
11. AUTHORISED SALES CHANNELS
Approved stockists may sell genuine Frozen Couture products purchased through their wholesale account through their physical retail store and/or their own business website and online store.
Wholesale access and pricing are provided solely for the approved business and may not be transferred, shared or used to purchase stock on behalf of another retailer or third party.
Frozen Couture products must not be represented as being manufactured, designed or owned by the stockist.
12. BRANDING, COPYRIGHT & PRODUCT IMAGES
All Frozen Couture designs, garment designs, artwork, logos, branding, product photography, graphics and other creative material remain the intellectual property of Frozen Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, altered or used to manufacture similar products without written permission.
Approved Frozen Couture stockists may use official Frozen Couture product images and approved marketing material for the purpose of advertising and selling genuine Frozen Couture products purchased through their wholesale account.
Frozen Couture branding, logos and product images must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the brand or products.
Frozen Couture imagery must not be used to advertise or promote products that are not genuine Frozen Couture products or to imply a Frozen Couture association where one does not exist.
Permission to use Frozen Couture branding and imagery applies only while the business remains an approved Frozen Couture stockist and may be withdrawn by Frozen Couture.
13. PRIVACY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Frozen Couture handles wholesale customer information in accordance with our current Privacy Policy.
Information supplied when applying for or using a wholesale account may be used for account administration, order processing, payment, shipping and communications relating to the wholesale relationship.
Payment transactions made through the Frozen Couture website are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Frozen Couture will never request that wholesale customers provide credit card numbers or CVV/security codes by email or on a wholesale order form.

14. ACCEPTANCE & CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
By applying for wholesale access, maintaining an approved wholesale account and/or placing a wholesale order with Frozen Couture, the wholesale customer agrees to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
Frozen Couture may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, ordering processes or business operations.
The Wholesale Terms & Conditions in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order
