Love skating? Love Frozen Couture? Come be part of our community.

The Frozen Couture Ambassador Program brings together skaters from around the world who share our love of figure skating, individuality, confidence and, of course, a little sparkle.

Some of our ambassadors have been part of the Frozen Couture family for more than seven years, while others are just beginning their journey with us.

We welcome skaters of all ages and all levels.

You don't need to be an elite competitor or have thousands of followers. We're interested in the person behind the skates — your enthusiasm, personality, creativity and the way you support and engage with the skating community.

Whether you're a competitive skater, recreational skater, adult skater, show skater or simply someone who absolutely loves being on the ice, we'd love to hear your story.

WHAT DOES A FROZEN COUTURE AMBASSADOR DO?

Our ambassadors are an important part of Frozen Couture.

They help us introduce our apparel to skaters around the world by wearing Frozen Couture, creating content, sharing their experiences and representing our brand both at the rink and online.

Most importantly, we want our ambassadors to be themselves.

We're not looking for perfectly staged advertising every week. We want to see real skaters wearing Frozen Couture as part of their real skating lives.

As a Frozen Couture Ambassador, you'll be expected to:

Regularly wear and promote Frozen Couture apparel.
Share Frozen Couture photos, videos, reels or other content on your social media.
Aim to feature Frozen Couture in content at least once per week.
Tag Frozen Couture when wearing or featuring our products.
Use relevant Frozen Couture hashtags.
Include your personal ambassador discount code and Frozen Couture Ambassador status in your social media bio.
Positively represent Frozen Couture both online and within your skating community.
Engage with Frozen Couture posts and support your fellow ambassadors.
Be an active and positive member of our Ambassador community.
Maintain your ambassador commitment for a minimum of six months.

We understand that skating, school, work, competitions and life can get busy. We're not expecting perfection — we're looking for genuine participation, communication and enthusiasm.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for people who genuinely love skating and want to be part of the Frozen Couture community.

You should:

Have a passion for figure skating or ice skating.
Be enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated.
Be comfortable creating and sharing social media content.
Be active on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
Enjoy interacting with and supporting the skating community.
Be excited to represent Frozen Couture and the values behind our brand.

You do not need to already own Frozen Couture apparel to apply.

Applicants under 18 are very welcome, but parent or guardian permission is required.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Being a Frozen Couture Ambassador is more than receiving a discount code or wearing our clothing. It's about becoming an active part of our brand and our international skating community.

Before applying, please make sure you're happy to commit to the expectations of the program.

We ask that applicants:

Are already following Frozen Couture on social media.
Have an active social media account where you regularly share skating-related content.
Have an account that we can view during the Ambassador Search so we can get to know you and your skating journey.
Are comfortable appearing in and creating photos and videos.
Are willing to regularly tag and promote Frozen Couture.
Understand that accepting an Ambassador position means making an ongoing commitment to the program.

For applicants under 18, we strongly encourage parents or guardians to read the Ambassador requirements too, so everyone understands what is involved before applying.

We're not looking for the biggest social media account. We're looking for people who genuinely want to be involved.

WHAT DO OUR AMBASSADORS RECEIVE?

Being an ambassador is a partnership, and we want to support the people who support us.

Frozen Couture Ambassadors receive:

20% off their own Frozen Couture apparel.
A personalised 10% discount code to share with friends, followers and the skating community.
A free pair of Frozen Couture High Performance Crash Shorts.
$500 AUD of additional crystal work on a custom Frozen Couture dress or catsuit when the minimum custom budget requirements are met.
Early access to selected new products before they are released publicly.
Access to our private Ambassador community on Instagram.
Opportunities to contribute ideas and feedback on upcoming concepts, products and designs.
Support and promotion through Frozen Couture's social media and wider skating community.

We love celebrating our ambassadors' achievements — whether that's a competition result, finally landing a new skill, performing in a show, returning to skating after a break or simply having a fantastic day on the ice.

THINKING ABOUT APPLYING FOR 2027?

Our next Ambassador Search will be for the 2027 Frozen Couture Ambassador Team.

Applications are not currently open, but this page will be updated with application dates and information when the next search begins.

In the meantime, if you're thinking about applying, we'd love for you to get to know Frozen Couture, follow our current ambassadors and become part of our online community.

When applications open, there will be three steps:

1. Complete the Online Application

Tell us about yourself, your skating journey and why you'd love to represent Frozen Couture.

2. Create Your Ambassador Application Video

This is where we really get to know you!

Your video should:

Introduce yourself.
Tell us a little about your skating journey.
Show us your favourite skating skill.
Tell us your favourite Frozen Couture item and why you love it.
Tell us why you think you'd make a great Frozen Couture Ambassador.

Don't own Frozen Couture yet?

That's absolutely okay!

You can show us your favourite item from our website or something from your Frozen Couture wish list and tell us why you've chosen it.

We're not looking for professional videos. Be creative, have fun and let your personality shine through.

When the 2027 Ambassador Search officially opens, we'll provide the application hashtag and full instructions for posting your video.

3. Join the Ambassador Search Community

Once your application and video have been completed, you'll receive further information about the Ambassador Search and what happens next.

WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR

Follower numbers aren't everything.

We look at your enthusiasm, creativity, involvement in the skating community and how you interact with others.

A smaller account with a genuine, engaged skating community can be every bit as valuable to us as an account with thousands of followers.

We want ambassadors who genuinely want to be involved with Frozen Couture — people who are excited to wear the brand, create content, support other skaters and grow alongside us.

We also want our Ambassador Team to reflect the wonderful diversity of the skating world.

Different ages. Different levels. Different countries. Different skating journeys.

There's no single type of skater we're looking for.

Your skating level doesn't define your story.

Your passion does.
